Cancellation Policy

We ask that all of our clients are prompt and courteous when cancelling or rescheduling their appointments. Please give 24 hour notice when cancelling your appointment. Clients who do not give 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. If client is a now show to the appointment they will be charged 100% of the service fee. If it happens multiple times the client may be asked to leave their credit card information on file to hold their appointment.




Salon and Spa Policies





No Shows

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without giving prior notice will be given a one time grace period. If a no show happens a second time by the same client, we will no longer be able to service that client in the future. Emergencies and special circumstances will be taken into consideration. We ask that you respect the service providers time.




Group Bookings
Group bookings of more than three will require a credit card to hold the appointments. All scheduled services will be confimed 48 hours before.If changes are made after the 48 hours the group will be charged the full amount of the services originally booked. Only one credit card will be required to hold the appointments and will not be used unless their is a cancellation after the 48 hour period or in the case of a no show.




Arrival Policy

We ask that all clients arrive early for their appointments so as not to miss any precious "spa time".New clients and clients with multiple appointments should arrive 15 minutes early. Unfortunately clients arriving after their scheduled appointment time will not be given extended service time , and will be charged the full service price.






Indulgences Spa accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash and Check. Cash and Checks are preferred to keep down cost of credit card fees.
