Mindy has been in the Spa Business for over 16 years, and is the Owner of Indulgences. She is a licensed Esthetician, gaining her certification at Davidson County Community College. She is certified in microdermabrasion and advanced chemical peels. She believes that skincare should be simple with effective ingredients and that consistent home care creates the best results. She received her Massage Therapy training at Natural Touch School of Massage. She is certified in all aspects of massage including Deep Tissue ,Swedish, Cupping, as well as Lomi Lomi with extensive Trigger Point therapy training. Chrystal Tilley
Chrystal is a licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist with 14 years experience in the Day Spa Industry. As an Esthetician she is certified in Lash Lifting, Advanced Skincare , chemical peels and microdermabrasion with a focus on the client seeing great results after their treatment. As a Massage Therapist her focus is in pain relief and total relaxation with certifications in Medical Massage Cupping, Neuromuscular Therapy, Neck and Back Pain Management and Lymphatic Drainage.
Lauren Ryals
Lauren was born and raised here in Kernersville and has been a massage therapist for four years. She graduated from Natural Touch School of Massage in 2009. She is licensed in Hot Stone, Asian Reflexology, Prenatal, and Swedish Massage. She absolutely loves what she does and strives to make every client pain free.
